Alter Aeon server updates for Nov 26, 15 Make mage lesser elementals a little cheaper in terms of both mana and control points. Lower level of 'ice focusing' from 26 mage to 25 mage. Various skill/spell PK balancing fixes. Disable PFE in PK. Changes to the way "you are blinded by the light" temporary blindness.
